Raceday privileges and stable visits, in the club's own terms.
Raceday privileges
Access to the owners and trainers lounge, not the public one, plus the observation stand and parade ring access to meet the jockey. Some racecourses include a three-course meal, and owners and trainers parking is available where the racecourse offers it. Follow upcoming races at Joey Ramsden Racing to plan your racedays.
Rotational badge allocation
Badges are allocated to members on rotation. If the club grows too large for that to remain practical, allocation will shift to a ballot. Option A, B and C members receive priority in line with their percentage.
Extra badges
Additional badges are available at cost price on request at non-capacity events, subject to availability from the racecourse.
Stable visits
By appointment only, arranged via the club manager. Contact enquiries@hilltopequestriancentre.co.uk or viv@kindredspiritsracingclub.co.uk. Unannounced visits are strictly prohibited. Visits take place at Hill Top Equestrian Centre, home of Joey Ramsden Racing.
Conduct
Members represent the club and Joey Ramsden Racing at all times when attending racedays or the yard. Misconduct may result in revoked privileges.
Transport
Transport to and from racecourses or the yard is not included in membership. Members are responsible for arranging their own travel.
A dedicated members' communication hub is coming once the club reaches a viable membership size. Until then, updates are shared directly by the club manager and race entries at Joey Ramsden Racing remain the interim source for upcoming events.
